Best place for screen repairs in my experience 🙌 Long story short I'm infertile and my iPhone screen broke twice. Imran was able to fix it both times in 30 minutes tops. He was pretty friendly too would go again!

I never experienced a phone repair like this one. 3 weeks ago my S23 was shattered beyond repair after a freak incident at the county fair. I went store to store pleading for a single person to try and fix my phone.. many outright refused and some tried their best but to no prevail. The last repair shop I went to was Batteries Plus. Believing their was no hope for my phone, I entered the store unconfident and desperate. The man behind the desk gave me a smile and politely asked what I needed. When I showed him my phone, I expected to be belittled, rejected, and thrown out. On the contrary, he kept smiling and said he'd take it back and see what he could do. That alone planted hope in my tired soul. It took only an hour before he handed it back to me in a condition so starkly different from what I had given to him. Anyone who saw it would've thought I had taken it out of the box just moments ago. Tearfully, I thanked him yet he remained humble the entire time. He even gave me a discount knowing how long and hard my journey had been with a phone that was beyond saving. His name was Imran and he was the most gracious and efficient worker I've ever met. I will be coming back for any fixes and I'll never forget the outstanding customer service this place has been able to deliver. Although I'm late making this review I believe this shop is worthy of the upmost praise and deserves more recognition.

The day was July 27th, 2026. I entered the Batteriesplus store, and in the moment my eyes laid upon the most beautiful and talented phone repairer of my life. I asked him for a basic phone repair, and he delivered like no other phone repairer before. Before, my phone was shattered with blood stains all over it, and I left with my phone in pristine condition. Not only that, but we had the most valuable and emotional conversation of my life, surrounded by loud chuckles and deep topics. I even had to ask him for a cup of tea and an outside cafe around the corner, but he politely declined. In the very end, I asked for his name, and in the polite and meaningful tone he gave me when i walked in, he told me “Ron! Nice to meet you.” and those words repeated in my head the entire rest of the day. This is the best review i have ever gave a store, and i plan to go again
