I want to take a moment to recognize Mr. Patel for providing one of the most pleasant and professional customer-service experiences I have had in quite some time. I called Batteries Plus yesterday to ask whether the X2Power battery I needed was currently in stock. Mr. Patel placed me on a brief hold, personally confirmed that the battery was available, and answered my questions with patience and confidence. From that initial conversation, it was immediately apparent that he was both knowledgeable about the product and genuinely interested in helping me. I should also mention that I have had some negative experiences with Batteries Plus in the past, so I approached this purchase with a certain amount of hesitation. Mr. Patel completely changed that experience for me. After purchasing the battery online, I came into the store today. Mr. Patel remembered what I needed, handled everything efficiently, and installed the new battery with ease. His professionalism, product knowledge, and attention to detail made the entire process remarkably smooth. Once the installation was complete, he also promptly refunded the core charge, and I was on my way without any unnecessary delays or complications. What impressed me most was that nothing about his service felt rushed or transactional. He was courteous, approachable, knowledgeable, and simply very good at what he does. Excellent customer service often comes down to having someone who makes a customer feel confident that they are being taken care of properly, and Mr. Patel accomplished exactly that. Given my previous experiences with Batteries Plus, I am especially grateful that I had the opportunity to meet Mr. Patel. He restored a great deal of my confidence in doing business with the company and turned what I expected to be a routine battery purchase into an exceptionally positive experience. Cool store. I went to drop off 4 dying Led-Acid batteries from my Ryobi mower for recycling. The young enterprising man helped me unload the batteries (52lbs each) on to the cart and he took them away. This shop has every kind of battery (household, medical device, etc.) that you might need. There's always Amazon, but if you need a special battery the same day, definitely worth a call/look.
